Custom design wheel center caps for alloy rims – diameter 52 mm, 56 mm, 60 mm, 63 mm
These ALU / BLACK custom wheel center caps (also known as wheel hub caps, alloy wheel center caps or rim center caps) with diameters 52 mm, 56 mm, 60 mm and 63 mm and a personalized design will fit and replace your existing or missing caps. They are perfect when you want to change the design of an existing logo, replace damaged caps or create your own design or image for your wheel hub covers.
Your design is engraved with a laser in 300 DPI resolution on a sticker made from durable polycarbonate with a top aluminum layer. We can create almost any design you want – text, graphics, photos and more.
The only limitation is your imagination and two colors:
Aluminum and BLACK

How to order Hub center caps for alu rims - custom design
1. select shape and type, add it to shopping cart and pay your order
- Shape: SPHERICAL (convex) or FLAT
- Type: check bellow how to select correct type of hub caps and list of available types

2. you will receive email with order confirmation right after the payment (check also your SPAM folder)
3. reply to that email and attach your wished design - photo, screenshot, drawing, text.. Any format.
4. We will process your request and within 1-2 business days you will receive preview for approval or corrections.
5. if we are not able to fulfill your expectations you can cancel your order with full money refund at this stage
6. If design preview approved by you - we will manufacture and expedite your order within 2-3 business days.
How to select correct type of wheel hub center cap type / base
1. Measure A, B, C on your existing cap according to the drawing bellow:
Notice: if you do not have any caps at all, you have to measure your rims. Manual is HERE. Then send us measured values via email. We will advice you the correct type needed.

2. Prepare your measured values of A, B, C and compare with right part of the table
- look in section that is close to your dimension ⌀A (52, 56, 60 or 63 mm) and start with comparing dimension C.
That will narrow your options to 1-3 variants
- then continue with diameter ⌀B, that will again narrow to one or maybe two variants
- and as last compare diameter ⌀A. This one is not critical. Most important is to have B and C
within tolerance range.
At this point you should have only one cap base in your scope. If there might still be two options
compare also dimensions D, E and F and select one with dimensions that fit the best.
3. Write down selected center caps type add it to your order
