- we are shipping daily Monday to Friday - except public holidays
- all orders received Monday - Friday and paid before 11:00 AM CET are expedited the same day. Otherwise next business day.
- we are sending order confirmation immediately after your payment. Check if delivery address is correct.

After expedition: we will email you "Track &Trace" number.

Delivery time details per country:

Delivery times are based on normal operation / conditions.
Some delays may occure due to:
- strike
- bad weather
- road accidents
- customs control
- Christmas season - couriers overloaded with packages
- other limitation caused by "Act of god" situation like corona virus etc.
- Public holidays in Czech republic, transit country or destination country

Shipping costs of DHL, GLS and Parcel Force are not refundable in the  case of the delay.
We can refund shipping costs only if:
